Located at the base of the Balcones Canyonland Preserve, enjoy 200 feet of private lakefront with 2 docks about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. The home finished a complete renovation in 2024 with renowned Austin designer, Annie Downing Interiors and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Austin Home Magazine. Please note also that it is divided into a main house with 2 king bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry and full kitchen and an additional living space attached to the adjacent carport that contains a king bedroom and bunkroom with 8 twin sized beds, a second kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom. Launch one of our many kayaks or paddleboards with the whole family to explore the beauty of Lake Austin, relax with all your friends on the 16ft lily pad in the lake, or take a hike through the surrounding Balcones Canyonland Preserve. Enjoy al fresco sunset meals on the two-story party dock, smores around the fire pit, or catch bass, catfish, and perch off the 2nd boat dock. The patio overlooking the lake is a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee and tea or to grill and entertain your group. Take a short walk down to the lake where you can enjoy seating on either the boat dock next to a beautiful sandy swimming area or the 2-story party dock. Enjoy luxury Grown Alchemist toiletries in all the bathrooms, new mattresses with high-end linens on your beds, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms to help you sleep peacefully. MAIN HOUSE With 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, you will love our 2024 renovation and open-concept design. The dining table has seating for 8 and 4 counter stools at the nearby kitchen island provide extra space for meals. A huge L-shaped couch surrounds the 65” TV in the living room with an additional bench and stools for extra seating. The chef’s kitchen features new Café appliances including a French door refrigerator, separate beverage and wine refrigerator, a dual-fuel commercial-style range with 6 burners, an additional built-in wall oven with microwave, dishwasher, a pressure cooker, toaster, blender, two coffee makers (Keurig and Moccamaster) and all the tools needed to create memorable meals. Master Suite: Open the curtains to enjoy lake views from all the windows in the master. Here you’ll find a king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a huge shower with a separate tub, and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. This room also has desk space, perfect for doing work away from the office. 2nd Bedroom: This room features a king bed, lounge chair, closet, and full bathroom. There is an additional half bath for guests in between the bedrooms. BUNK HOUSE: This space features an open kitchen/living area with new Smeg appliances including a retro refrigerator, dual fuel oven, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker to fill your coolers, and Smeg coffee maker. There is a 65” TV and a table to enjoy a meal or relax. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in this space. Bedroom 1: This room features a king bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, large closet, and private access to the patio. Bedroom 2: This is where all the fun happens! Enjoy 4 whimsical custom-designed built-in bunk beds with 8 plush twin mattresses that are perfect for both kids AND adults. All beds have privacy curtains. See pictures for more details.

Max Occupancy: 14, although it gets a little tight with more than 10 adults. The bunkroom ideally sleeps 4 adults or up to 8 children. This is NOT a party house. We respect our neighbors and we expect you to as well. This home is best for families, business travelers, and groups of friends. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be terminated. No pets are allowed.
